I started practicing when I was 13 – my mom brought me to my first hot yoga class. She convinced me by saying “you feel so amazing afterwards”. And after the class I definitely agreed with her. I practiced on and off for years after that as my winters were devoted to playing hockey. When I finished my first year of university I began practicing daily at Moksha (sometimes twice or 3 times a day!) and decided I should use the summer to take a teacher training. I completed my training in July at Yogatree and have been teaching and practicing as much as I can since then. I love generating a positive energy in my classes and forming a unique connection with my students.
