  • Moksha 60/75

    A challenging, healthy, all-level hot yoga sequence (linked with breath).

  • Yang Yin

    Yang-Flow (Vinyasa) followed by Yin. The class offers a balance between a strength based practice and a practice that moves more into flexibility and relaxation. With or without music. Reduced Heat. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Moksha Flow series series first.

  • Pre-Natal Yoga

    Great for those in all trimesters, please however consult your doctor. Proper breathing techniques, vocal toning, relaxation techniques and a basic slow and gentle approach to yoga will be taught. Modifications will be provided to cater to your needs.

  • Vinyasa (Reduced Heat)

    Vinyasa is a reduced heat yoga class with a creative sequence of postures focusing on proper alignment of the body and refinement of postures.

  • Power Vinyasa Flow

    A challenging, healthy, all-level hot yoga sequence linked with breath set to great music.

  • Flow to Restorative

    A Moksha/Modo class accompanied by live music. As awesome as it sounds.

  • Moksha Flow

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences.

  • Restorative

    A challenging, healthy, hot yoga FLOW sequence. Postures are linked with breath and downward-upward dog flow sequences. Set to the teacher’s music.

  • Moksha Level 2

    A challenging and healthy intermediate hot yoga sequence with a short meditation and an extended savasana.

  • Yin

    Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

  • Ashtanga

    Linking the poses together in a flowing sequence of movements timed to the breath, originates with Ashtanga.

  • Practice Teach

    A reduced-fee Moksha class led by a teacher-in-training.

  • Karma Class

    A reduced-fee Moksha/Modo class. All proceeds support not-for-profit organizations.

  • Savasana

    A VERY relaxing 1 pose class. Just lie on your back and breath. Just kidding, this is not a real class but we think savasana can change the world!
