Moksha yoga is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. The traditional 40 posture series is done in a 90 minute class, though there are 60 & 75 minute condensed versions. Suitable for all levels.
In this class the Moksha sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a Moksha class. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Moksha series first.
The Moksha series we know and love, with a twist! MOKSHA MIX explores playful and invigorating variations to keep you on your toes! If you’re looking for a physical challenge without the vigorous movement of vinyasa this is the perfect class for you! Ideal if you’re working with shoulder/wrist injuries. Add variety to your practice and mix it up!
Moksha & Yin class offering a great Yang (Moksha) invigorating workout – followed by restorative, relaxing Yin postures.
This hot class may alternate between the Baron Baptiste power vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, and other yoga styles. These physically challenging classes are more of a flow style, and may introduce more challenging balancing postures, including arm balances. To grow our yoga practice these classes may also involve both seated meditation and longer savasanas. Straps and blocks might also be a part of the practice. As the holds are longer and the postures are a bit more challenging, we recommend that you have completed at least 10-20 classes.
Yin is both a gentle and challenging yoga practice. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, stretching deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. The slower nature of this practice is often described as a "moving meditation". A great compliment to your regular practice. Suitable for all levels.

Join us for this donation based introduction to meditation class. We will help you delve deeper into your yoga practice by introducing short guided meditation techniques, and then allowing you time to practice the technique. Please bring a meditation cushion, yoga mat, yoga blanket, or folded towels to sit on. This meditation class is a simple, direct practice of moment-to-moment awareness of the body-mind process. Vipassana (mindfulness) teaches us how to live more fully in the present moment, how to open gracefully to the ups and downs of life, and how to meet ourselves and others with more acceptance and love. No worries if you have never done anything like it before we will guide you to complete instructions in sitting, breathing and more techniques of meditation, as well as talks, questions and answers, and support in developing a home practice.
