This strength focused class may alternate between the Baron Baptiste flow, ashtanga, and other yoga styles. These physically challenging classes are a flow style, and may introduce more challenging strength building and balancing postures, including arm balances.
To grow our yoga practice these classes may also involve both seated meditation and/or longer savasanas. Straps and blocks might also be a part of the practice. As the holds are longer and the postures are a bit more challenging, we recommend that you have completed at least 10-20 flow classes.
