Yang (power vinyasa inspired) a progressive heat building practice that focuses on strength, concentration and flexibility. Then followed by Yin, long, deep holds (2-5 mins) to relax and restore joints and muscles. The class offers a balance between a strength based practice and a practice that moves more into flexibility and relaxation. May end with 1-2 restorative poses. With or without music. Reduced Heat.
