A competitive dancer since the age of 10, I decided to try yoga as a way to help improve my physical flexibility. It wasn’t until I started practicing daily that I began to feel my stress and anxiety levels decrease dramatically. I quickly fell in love with my yoga practice and knew that it was something I wanted to share with other people. I completed my teacher training in Kelowna, British Columbia in July 2016, and am excited to see what the future holds as an instructor with Moksha Yoga. I spent most of my life searching for inner peace and a place to call home. I found these things within the heart of the Moksha community and I look forward to sharing them with all of my students.
