Moksha Deconstructed Posture Workshop

This 3.5-hour, reduced heat, interactive workshop is ideal for beginners and those who wish to deepen their understanding of their practice. the first 2 hours will be dedicated to the standing series, the last hour will be dedicated to the floor series, with time for questions.

You will Learn:
– Proper Joint Alignment
– Breath Awareness
– Muscle Containment
– Modifications with Blocks and Straps
– AND the Downward Dog Vinyasa will be broken down and explained to you Step by Step!

Space is limited!! We cap the number of participants at 30, to allow for personal attention:)

Bring a pen and notebook, a Q&A will be hosted after the workshop in the circle room.
