Mom and Baby
In this heart warming yoga class for two, mom and baby play, move, breathe, and discover their bodies in a mindful way. We invite all moms at all levels. This is a beginners class.
We will focus on energizing the body, relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, and back while rebuilding strength in the abdomen and pelvic floor. Baby massage is also practiced at the end of class just before family relaxation. Come join us this family day to practice, laugh and connect with other Moksha neighbourhood parents.
Great for babies up to 18 months old.
