What a very special time to practice yoga! A sacred time in women’s lives were both feelings of bliss and nervousness arise. This Prenatal Yoga Workshop will provide an opportunity to develop more vitality, awareness of your body that is home for two, interact with your baby and practice with community yoga mamas. Gentle postures, breath work, vocal toning, meditation and relaxation are learned to cultivate flexibility, calm and confidence in preparation for labour and childbirth. Mindfully explore releasing tension, comfort in your body and discover enjoyment. A calm and open body ease the birthing process and increase the joy of giving birth. This workshop is non-heated and open to beginners.
