Join us every last Sunday of the month at 130pm to learn and practice sufi meditation and discover new techniques to bring peace, relaxation, stress relief, and mindfulness into your life. Sessions are available to everyone at all levels and experiences, sessions are pay what you can donation based.

Sufism can best be described as a way of looking at the world and a way of living in the world. As Sufism is not an established religion or doctrine it is not made up of a body of dogma that one must follow.

Mystic Relaxation
The object of spiritual development is to achieve body in repose, mind at rest and heart at peace. The session will feature spiritual practices working with the physical body, the mind and our emotions
Sunday, September 24 130pm

Zikr Circle
Zikr (Remembrance) is the traditional practice in Sufism. The session will introduce Zikr practices. The session will also feature Sufi poetry and participants are encouraged to share their favourite poems. The session will conclude with a sharing of Sufi stories, so please bring your favourite story to share
Sunday, October 29 130pm

Introduction to Inayati Sufism Healing Practice
The session will feature practices focusing on healing ourselves. The session will feature a Healing Service. If you have family or friends in need of healing, a prayer for their healing can be included in the service with their permission.
